VMWare OS X onto Vista?

Anyway to do this?

Pointers would be greatly appreciated, not doing it for any particular reason, just because I fancy a play

I used leo4vmware which is a pre made vmware harddrive/config ready to rock straight out of the box. Bit of a update hack to get it to 10.5.5 and i can run the Iphone SDK which is ok i suppose. Mainly used as a play about myself but i would recommend a decent host.
