warranty work ICM

Just booked my 172 02 Import in to Renault for a bad knocing noise when turning left (quickish) They want it for a full day as the guy on the phone said it would probably be engine mount that need upgrading but cant be sure, he then said he would have to do a ICM Contribution check to see if there would be any cost on my part!!! Does anyone know what this is?

its were they put the details of ur car into a computor and the fault and it tells them wether its 100% reno or u of 50/50 etc

there is a renault mod to do with the strut tops.

yup mine goes in on wednesday for the same thing and i was told that that its a common problem and the their is a mod for the strut tops.
