Waterpump Brands

Need to do a waterpump on my 172.
Eurocarparts do two types - one at £30 (circoli) the other at £36 (no brand). Ebay have them starting at £15, Not sure of the price a genuine one will be, if not rediculous then I will go OE, but if stupid money, is it worth going for the more expensive eurocarparts one?

Buy genuine IMO.

I wouldn't buy anything other than bulbs etc from ECP.

Off to trackday at Brands hatch next Friday so must be done this weekend, so really need to have it here tomorrow. Local renault garage say It 'should be in tomorrow' but I cant risk it so ive gone against the better judgement and ordered one from GSF, which is in stock and as near as damn it on my door step so I can pick it up this afternoon.
If it fails after 10k then il just do it again, dephaser needs doing soon so may will do it all again next summer!

Adam would get one to you for tomorrow aswell. Tbh i have a unipart one on mine and have done for nearly 3 years no problems yet either..

If your not getting a Renault one....

Try your best to get one with metal teeth in it!
(instead of plastic ones)

Genuine renault, or Motrio (renault budget brand), but if you get motrio, make sure it's got the metal impellar, as they do occasionally turn up with plastic ones. Motrio has the bonus of being cheaper, but you get the same renault warranty
