Wax for 449 blue/White

Have neglected Miss Millie lately, shes not had a wash since FCS (but she did get 2 in 2 days!!) and my pink AG kit looks all neglected in the lounge lol..

I quite fancy a crack at a 'proper' wax, have been really impressed with AG Aqua Wax so thought a proper wax could only get a better result.

Suggestions as to whats easy to use/complimentary to the colour?

i use chemical guys 3x hardcore paste wax on mine...the carnauba is good on blues apparently
dont need much either....ive done 3 coats in all now and the tub is still full

Don't expect a major difference just by changing wax. The Aqua Wax is good, and looks wie you will see very little difference with a proper carnuba.

Having said that, there are differences , like there are with every wax, but they are just hard to see.

As for the actual wax, it depends on your budget and what you actually want from the wax.

use ag srp egp then get cg 50/50 or swissvax onyx. but xxx is a very good buy

The main % of looks and improvement in looks will come from the polishing stage, get one of the N/Westers to run over it with a PC for you.

I am liking Victoria Concours and P21s now R222 on my GTi which is in the same kind of colour range to your Valver on a reasonable budget.

Its ok, luckily (maybe) for me, it has developed a running fault, so cleaning has gone out of the window until its fixed! (unluckily thats also my job, and its a pain in the arse fault)

we usually go after the pc'ing, srp/egp/collinite.

PS : Dave said he was going to do it?!? as he has nothing better to do!:rasp: (he he he, runs and hides)
