Was after some microfibres and got some along with hubokite shampoo off their website. Turns out you get a free gift and free delivery when u spend over £25, so u thought I'd treat myself and bought some more items adding up to more than £25.

received the items today, low and behold the free item is a stupid sticker worth about 5p. Why is that classed as an adequate free item?! I've sent them an email but don't expect any reply. Easily the worst free gift I've ever had.

anyone else had any free items from them? Should also add it looks like it was packed by a 5 year old, I won't be using them again.

You maybe got a shitty sticker aswell but didn't notice, mind was all bent at the bottom of the box. This is my first try of the hubokite. How do u find it? I've been using a shampoo called R1NE, it's superb

Supposedly the smell, Andy - but it's very mild a difference. TBH, I couldn't care less. The smell was already great, slightly stronger is fine but just so long as the formula doesn't change.

Wouldnt say it's a complaint as such, just disappointed to be honest. What's the point in offering a free gift when it's s**t? Why not just offer free delivery?

Also so only received 8 detailing sticks, when there should be 10 details details!

It's maybe just me but when I ran a small company a few years ago when I offered free products they would be good, substantial products which would make the buyer/consumer think 'this company actually made an effort' and thus my orders etc would go up for a few weeks. I just think if you are going to offer a free product why not make it something a bit more interesting than a sticker that I'm not going to use? It's a big offer on the home page. If it was just free postage and no free item I wouldn't have went for the deal..I was only planning on spending half what I did spend lol. If I knew it was a sticker I wouldn't have bothered

The green one doesn't look as nice...also doesn't really smell any better. Brown one all the way, no difference in performance though.

Hmmm, can't say I agree with that, fella. If you're buying more and spending more, specifically to get the free gift, you're kidding yourself a little bit. It should be a bonus, you got free postage.

Maybe it's just me. IMO freebies should be something half decent.

Received a reply from Richard, seems a good guy. The reply was also lengthy reply which was nice.

Looking forward to to trying out this hubokite, only heard good things about it
