Website and web control

I need to apply some web browsing control on a home pc for someone. Need to only allow access to certain sites eg, edcational, news etc etc, and disabled certain sites like facebook, myspace, etc etc. This alos needs to be active between certain hours / days as well, ie; 09:00-17:30 monday - friday.

I know AOL has some parental control software but...........its AOL (nuff said). What other stuff is out there which will do what I listed above and more???

Buy a Mac with Leopard.

Parental controls as standard on there.
