Weird noise from 197 engine bay (vid included)

Car  Clio 197 F1
I'm getting a weird noise coming from the engine bay. Not sure how to describe it so I have included a short video.

I've recently had the cambelt, aux belt and water pump so it won't be anything to do with that.

Has been doing it for a few weeks but seems to be getting louder. When the car has warmed up it seems ok.

Intersting, sounds like a car horn with a shite earth! Some sort of valve pruging pressure? wild stabs in the dark here.. lol

They were done at Birchdown about a week ago. This noise was there before these were changed so don't think it's anything to do with the belts.

No, I forgot to mention it to them tbh. I personally thought it was the belts originally so was hoping it would go away once they were done.

It's a little breather restricter valve.

Never heard it on a 197 but used to be common on f4r'd scenic and megane 2's.

Look on top of the rocker cover near the throttle body and you might see it.
