what alloys fit my clio??

Hi everyone.....ive got a 1999 clio 1.4 alize and was wondering what other 14" renault alloys would fit, ive seen some from a megane, but some sites say they will & others say no !!
Also someone told me that ford alloys would also fit, can someone clear this up for me ?

100x4 and offset of 38 mate
