What are these and how much to replace?

Sorry for my ignorance, I dont know what these are, nor how much to replace or where to get them from, any advice would be massivly appreciated

It's called a splitter, most people replace them for the skoda fabia one as its a lot cheaper. Do a search and you should get all the information you need.

As Scrooge said, A new Renault one is in the region of £120ish, whereas the skoda one can be fitted without a lot of effort and that costs about £12 new.
There is a topic on here about it somewhere.
