what battery do i need

my battery in my 172 has finally died! can anyone recommend a particular battery or make? and is it worth getting an upgraded one??? thanks for any help. matt

My battery is the original fitted when new but its never been a good un , every now and then it won't fire up first time , its only 420 amps . Go for a good heavy duty one about 620amps or there abouts with like a 3 or 4 year guarantee and keep the receipt in a safe place .
