What bloody suspension!! (plz)

hi all... re-do'ing my suspension as i feel after 60ish'k miles the standard stuff might be a bit fragile now...

So.. i have around £400 to spend... after some research the same couple of dampers keep coming up.. Eibach pro dampers and koni adjustables... but with either Apex springs, or i think one of the koni kits comes with spings already... i could stretch maybe to £445 for the FK coilies... i just dont know whats best and in what combination(springs, dampers etc).. as cheap as poss please chaps but NOT at the detriment of quality really so as i said, circa £400ish... thanks everyone...

Koni's are budget dampers really mate....go for the Eibach pro dampers or save up for H&R's!
