What do you think of these lowering springs?

As above really... Will probably get the 60mm kit.

apex are i believe better than most budget springs but i would use the dampers too if going as low as -60mm 'cos the oe ones would probably overstroke at that

Can anyone confirm this?

any lower than 50mm and shocks are needed

mine felt fine just very sensetive to bumps with just springs on however I only had them for a few months before getting coilovers which are worth extra money most definately IMO. much more comfortable and not so brutal over bumps, plus they handle pretty well on the coilies.

Nope its just the shocks will wear more.

AT the end of the day springs alone isn't an ideal setup.
