what does a mk2 ph3 fog lamp look like?

Got a cracked fog in my 2004 facelift bumper. What do they look like exactly, does anyone have a picture?... im looking on ebay but i assume theyre different to the ph2 as they look different. Renault part number perhaps?

i dont know if the mk ph3 182 fog lamps are different but i have the part number for that if your interested?

looking on eBay, i think the 172/182 fogs may be different again from the non-RS's, but not sure, look like same fogs, may be different fixtures behind them though.
