what et are 172 cup alloys?

as above really not sure how et works i know they are 4x100 but thats about it have a cup looking at getting cheap set of t.d 1.2's while mine getting refurbed but unsure what et i will need

They are IIRC et35.

The lower the number then the further they sit out basically.

Also one thing to note is you need a centre bore of 60.1, if the alloys have a smaller centre bore it's generally not worth messing with. If they have a larger centre bore you will need spigot rings.

so anything above 35 ill need spacers?

I thought Cup offset was 42 ??
