WHAT FILTERS ????

Hi

Just bought this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....m=170243007665&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=007

...and was wondering what sort of filters to buy to use with it. Going to be doing various amounts of different work with the lens, from street scenes to close up work.

Just want to know what to get.

Looking at the front of the lens, you will stuggle to get any that fit. It has a convex frontal element and no filter thread on the front but can take gelatin filters at the rear. I have no idea what they are though....

Filter work will have to be done on the computer I guess.

I meant gelatin filters, im fully aware of the convex front and the fixed lens hood, just wondered if anyone had any experience with rear filters as I have none.

Ahhh, sorry. It was the first I have heard of them TBH.

It has a rear mount filter thread, meaning you can put a filter between the rear of the lens and the body.
