obviously it going to do something.. getting a remap AFTER fitting the parts

but what is it going to do.. will it get me anywhere close to 100BHP?
the remap will take my car from 75 to like just under 80

so with the upgraded exhaust system
plus other

whats people predictions to what figures ill be getting

my proposed mod list for you car lol:

strip it
sercive it
coilovers
decent brakes/fluid
replacement element
remap
decat

the engine mods will do bugger all in terms of power but will make it feel more lively.



ps....dont actually know if they do a decat?

I agree that you should spend on better brakes etc, being able to brake alot later is excellent.
theres no point in going fast if you have to brake so early, the brakes will give you more confidence.

The power boost valve will help acceleration.

It's utterly pointless. Strip it right out, give it some coilies, big brakes and good tyres and you'll see a much bigger improvement than wasting a load of money on tuning stuff.

Not sure how much difference, maybe someone else has one on there clio, be good to get an opinion.

Biggest difference you will get is suspension and brakes though mate, you'll be able to push on with confidence knowing you can brake well and the car wont handle like a boat when carrying speed into some corners.

pointless its a 1.2 mate, as said earlier just flog it and get a 172 ph1 and use cash for your insurance surely thats the best mod for you or find a 1.6 engine etc imo

hey guys i agree with the rest of them i have a 1.2 clio and have spent about a grand on bits and bobs and it really isnt worth it. Ok with an exhaust your car will sound beefy but i wish id have saved my money towards a better faster car, also you cnt really go wrong with suspension and brakes because if you come 2sell it it wont look like its been raped like mine does

Buy one of the following..
- ph2 clio 1.4 16v 100bhp standard,
- ph2 clio 1.6 16v 110bhp standard,
- twingo gt 1.2 100bhp standard,
- RS twingo 133 133bhp standard,

Put the £750 you would spend on mods on one of them or INS for one..
