What gearbox oil to use and how much 1.2 8v clio??

​fitted new clutch earlier today and need to know what gearbox oil and how much oil to use please, its a 2001 mk2 ph1 clio 1.2 8v
any answers are much appreciated , thanks!

Trans elf NFJ, fill to overflow, roughly 2 litres. Get it from Renault. Decent stuff.

My data says 3.4L, seems like a lot to me, but there are a few Renault boxes that take about 3L.

You need an MTF for the gearbox and I would go with the Redline MTL, Amsoil MTF or Fuchs Sintofluid. The Millers EP 75w-80, Gulf Gear TX and Motul Motylgear are good cheaper alternatives.

3.4L sounds about right from when I did it. I had to buy 4 x 1L bottles iirc.

Thanks guys yes it took 3.4 litres and i used 75w-80 gl4 in the end , thankyou!!
