What is a late 182 with both packs worth ?

Just a quick question really...

My old man went to see a BG 05 reg 182 over the weekend, he said it was mint inside & out, it had done 20k with one owner, plus renault.

They have it up in one place for 8k & in another one 9k (bless 'em !) It's from a Renaut main stealers.

I said to him between 6.5k to 7k absolute tops - is that about right ??

He said he'd looked on PH at some ad's & the price I said was a bit low - I mentioned to him that the ones up for more will have been on there for ages etc.

I've not seen it as I was busy all weekend. The colour is putting him off a bit as it'll be hard to keep clean (it's black gold)
I also said to him just to get a Trophy or forget getting another clio & get something better

for 8k I would want a trophy. Although 8k retail for that car isnt too pricey tbh.

I think £7k is a bit high really.

£6k will get you a late decent one. You can get a good'un for £5k TBH.

Yup they were the very latest.

You may find some very rare 06 reg ones which had been left right towards the end.

They are holding the prices okay now, gone up a bit and stabalizing.

I was offered v.close to £8k part ex in for mine at Renault...

I think the prices I mentioned were more than fair tbh.

I forgot to say, the stealer mentioned to my old man that it owed them 8.3k ! he said he didn't go into detail though. My guess is that someone paid retail for thier new car, hence the high price (if that bit is true)

6 months ago I paid £6750 for a racing blue 182 cup (so no leather) with 15k on the clock if that helps any. There were cars with double the mileage up here fetching £7.5-8k at dealers.

They do seem to have leveled off in the last month or two. 197's were falling fast, but now seem to be 8kish for a high miler to 9k for a nice example.....

According to Parkers 182s have gone up in value recently!

They were @ £6400 average for ages, went down to around £6100 but are now back up at £6900! Mad... not that anyone takes notice of Parkers really.

I bought my 54 plate Black Gold 182, Cup spoiler, But wthout cup packs. 24k miles one lady owner, full service history. Bought it in February for £6k, and the renault stealer even put £500 deposit in so actually only paid £5.5K. It is mint inside and out and absolutely love it. Oh, and even bought it from the dealer it was originally sold from when Brand new.

Just to give you an idea!
