what is a standard 172ph2 exhaust worth???

My exhaust has had a new centre section so it is in two parts with the collar to connect everything back together.

whats it worth? If its worth bugger all I am gonna butcher the centre section for the flange:evil:

I would always keep the OEM so you can go back when it comes to selling. If you can afford to anyway...

hmmm... could do with money, I have nowhere to store it, and my girlfriend doesnt want any more parts in her bedroom.

Anyone thinking of selling up want an exhaust?

i had to buy a new centre section a couple months back and it cost something like £210!!!!:S

I think it cost my mate £220 for a backbox on a 52 172.

The one piece exhaust for the 172 is bloody expensive new...IIRC Renault quoted me over 300 for one!

Obviously I sacked that off and got a K-tec Stealth instead.

I think i am gonna keep it till the right buyer comes along. looks like I could get £200 if someone is desperate for an exhaust they can bolt straight in.

Rebecca is an artist, so its gonna be a sculpture in the front room.

i had to buy a new rear silencer and then the middle box went shortly after. in retrospect it would have much more sense to get a k-tec but i had to get it back on the road for work reasons.

i think that all in it came to nearer £350 once i had replaced one of the mounts.
