What is PCing =/??

Well next door's cat seems to think my MK3 Clio Dynamique S is for climbing over, jumping onto etc. AND as a result guess what......scratches and a brave few of them too !
Wee F**KER has got them on the roof, side's of the roof, bonnet and just everywhere grrrrrr!
They aren't deep so I bought the wee touch up stick from renault, they only do ONE shade of black so it was easy to get the right colour, followed the instructors BUT it seems to just put a big layer of paint on top of the scratch which makes it REALLY noticeable, used t-cut to try smooth it out but no luck :dapprove:!
I don't wanna get a full respray because I'm not loaded so I flicked about on the forum for a while and read about a few people getting their car PC'd, What is it? What's a rough price for a full car PCing? And would it solve my problem?

PC'ing is pretty much short for paint correction.

He must of been putting some effort into it, im amazed hes managed to get through the clear coat to the paint, as its bloody tough once cured. Definately taken paint? and not just scratched the clear?

Get some pictures if you can be arsed, curious to see the damage.
