What is this clicky box?

This box has been cable tied to the mass of wires in my passenger dash and every now and then it clicks twice as if its clicking on and off and its REALLY ANNOYING! i unplugged it and nothing changed, obviously it stopped clicking but as i didnt know what it was i put it back in, would somebody be able to help me by telling me what it is?
Its the white box that looks like a 'T'

Also, does anybody know if i can unplug my immobiliser? or just take it out?

Are you sure its not the relay switches making the clicking noises? For some things like window wipers etc they use relay switches to turn them on and off...

Hope that helps, not sure if I'm completely right!

yer the relays in clios are realli noisy

screen wipers are very annoying as the relays click before and after same with electric windows.....

well nothing seems to happen when it clicks? the car doesnt even need to be turned on, just the ignition turned. and nothing stops working when its unplugged!
