What oil + Plugs for 1.2 16v?

What oil and plugs should I be getting for a 2002 1.2 16V D4F

Just standard NGK plugs do? But what oil does it need? It is now being used daily for work so I want to get it serviced properly.

Is there a good brand of oil to buy or does any cheap stuff do..?
