what plug is this (pics included)

just wondering if anyone can tell me what this plug is for and where it is:

about 1m along from the engine side of the UCH connector:

from a ph1 172..

I'd like to use the plug for something, but need the other half first

i've got the engine in a mk1... most of the original 172 loom is just sat in the garage :rasp:
