What Sort Of Garage Would Do This?

Hi guys

I want to relocate some gauges, turbo timer and boost controller etc, but unsure as to what type of garage I should be looking for.

Im in the N/W lads if you can recommend anywhere?

The first picture below is how it currently is, but I will be ordering some carbon fibre and 3 gauge din. The 2nd pic is where my gauges are at the moment and the 3rd is how I want it to be! The middle bit.
