Get it replaced.

I got my 40" Samsung on the 21st DEC or something and didnt know what to do when I seen the casing on one side wasnt 100% flush.

Again, I posted on a forum asking for tips as it was right brfore Christmas, the consensus was:

If you can live with it, why bother - but if you have just spent all of that money on a TV - it should be 100%.

If it left the warehouse in that condition, what else could be wrong?

ring them and say you have had installed you do not want a refund and ask them to advise...

If they get arsey, speak to the manager, ask him how he would feel if he was you etc...

You should be able to get at least £50 back.

Send it back, you have bought a brand new item, which has been receieved with a imperfection, if you just leave it it will bug you.

Make them aware that you have had it all set up, and tell them that you want a new one delivered and installed.

already rang them and they've given me a code to ring dixons with and get it replaced but i really dunno if i can be bothered, in the light of day its the faintest thing really... grrr..

£50 back would be nice though..... what we reckoning on me gettin that?

Say you would settle for a small amount of compo - it will cost them more than £50 to courier an new one to and from etc.

If they say no - tell em you want it swapped.

When on the phone just remember, you hold the cards
