whats the best filter for power gains on a 182

i really dont know what is best not to worryed about sound just want to know whats the best i had a viper before which was ok

i have also tryed a green induction kit which sounded good but i think it made it slower

do i want a induction kit or a pannel filter

what ones are the best for power please

but people with money being no object will say ITG maxogen, £350 is overkill!

is it true that open induction kits can loose bhp due to all the heat in the engine bay

what bhp could you get with from a viper on a standard 182

should i buy another viper again then mate

vipers work best with remaps, i've seen 13bhp gains when paired with a remap

open filters will loose power, but 9/10 times don't show up as RR's are done with the bonnet open

whats next then after filter remap

are those remaps they now do where you can run more revs still very reliable heard you can now go upto 7800 rpm

You can have a panel filter, silicone bend, air feed and remap for the price of a Maxogen!

I still rate them as the best IK. £ wasn't an issue for me as i paid bugger all for it.

I'm just thinking of the money i've spent...Not in proportion to what some have. But i've gained shy of 20bhp for semi serious work. Whats the point?!

I'm not even convinced the remap gained me power, a smoother more linear power curve and more drivable but no more power.
