What's the best way to set-up a website?

My dad has just started up a company and needs a website set-up.

What's the best way to do it?

Should i just buy the domain name from 1&1.co.uk and get one of their Microsoft hosting packages, or just buiy the domain name and get it hosted else where?

Who's a good hosting company?

Whats the best way to deal with emails? Buy a small business server and use exchange, or just get a hosted email service?

I like using www.ipowerweb.com they are excellent and have around 20 hosting packages with them which includes email. Works out to be £50 per annum and includes a .com email for free.

They are in the states, but that is not an issue.

This is the cheapest option, i.e getting a hosting company to do it, there are thousands of companies that you can use, but this one is the one I use.
