Whats the difference between a dynamique and dynamique +

Dynamique plus came with aircon and a CD as std.

Then, later on, dynamique came with CD as std, and air was an option. At this time they dropped the + option.

inside glovebox on the little badge it will say dynamique + on it. Obv not go by it as gospel, how come your wanting to know?
