whats the difference -oz f1 and oz f1 cups?

hi , i am thinking about buying oz f1s whats the difference between these and the f1 cups? also will they fit my car its mrk2 phs1 lowered 30mm and these are 16s specs are-

7Jx16 H2 ET37

205/45ZR16

They do fit as the offset is right and so is tyre size , iirc the cups have a multi stud fitment instead of just the 4 holes in a f1
