Possibly TOCA Race Driver 3, it has a Clio Cup championship on it and the graphics look similar... the only bit I don't recognise is the internal camera view... it might possibly be Forza? (On the XBox 360)

On second thoughts I think it's almost definately Forza 2, because TOCA doesn't do that shakey-camera effect and doesn't have that in-car view...
