What's this pipe?

I parked my car up this morning to find this pipe hanging down not connected to anything. It looks like it came from the passenger side front but for the life of me can't see what it should be attached to. Any ideas?

Looks like the casing they wrap around the cables.

battery overflow, bin it, don't worry about it

Have a look on you're battery u should have a overspill cable, it goes down to the front bumper passenger side and it clips in.
