It's short for Phase Quick. A phrase Fubar made up because the Ph1 172 is slighty faster to 60 than a ph2.

haha cool...so its like a club thing, stating that ph1 or quickier than ph2...sound was confusing me as keep seeing them on ph1's thought it was a standard thing to have them on...looks smart...dont normally go for stickers, but looks cool

yes its a club phase 1 thing , never saw them before ...... on cliosport was the 1st time .
some have copied the idea and clio cup on the skirts too .
