whats this wire/plug?

when my ITB's were installed, Matt tucked this in the airfilter, i'm having a bit of an engine bay tidy up over christmas, and fitting a solid back plate airbox, so need to know what to do with it

Goes into the upper inlet which is obviously removed to fit bodies..

I think it's an inlet air temp sensor......?

would it be worth making a hole in my airbox back plate for it, or just leave it hanging somewhere in the car?

Mine has got a back plate and Matt drilled a hole into it and then mounted the air temp sensor onto it

also i dont spose anyone know what the size of the bolts is that holds the trumpets on is? as i want to change them to allen bolts,

M6x20 should work well with the extra backplate thickness
