wheel bearing change and discs and pads to be changed

From what ive been told this is pretty straight forward to change but would prefer to see a step by step for the rears before attempting need to know tools reqiured, any help would be grateful.

i think the bearings come pre fitted to the rear discs not 100% sure tho so don't worry bout that
and pads should be prity much the same as fronts

Yep, buy the discs from Renault, and they come already pressed in. Easy peasy to swap, then.
