Wheel Bearing

Im getting a humm from my front offside wheel when Im driving and have been advised its the wheel bearing, have been quoted £95+vat to get it done, is this a good price?

I used to get mine done at around £80 all in at Halfords. You can probably get cheaper if you go backstreet.

Maybe think about getting both done if you can afford it.

Mine used to last about 15k miles. I was advised it was wider wheels putting strain on bearings when cornering.

standard wheels and suspension so probably just down to having done 45,000 miles and not being replaced
