Wheel changes to Williams

Ok, so I am off to buy me a Williams soon, but one thing I wanted to know early on is:

Do larger wheels (same circumference though) mess up a Willy's handling. I don't want uber wide wheels as that will cause tramlining etc.

Are the standard wheels 6.5 x 15 (think they are). Is 7 x 16 too wide. I do not want to buy a car where I have to either replace the wheels, or get wheels only to find its messed up the legendary handling.

If the williams your viewing has differant wheels on and arnt included - i'd walk away unless your getting it for a bargin.
