Wheels spinning when jacked.

Jacked my car up on the right today, the wheel seems to spin on its own accord, could stop it with my hand but just started to move again when i let it go ??

any ideas?

If it does it with the engine running?? Then pretty sure it's normal, motorbikes do it anyway.

Its oil drag in the gearbox transmitting drive with the box in neutral, every car will do it. Generally will only spin one wheel due to the open diff on a 172.
