Just did mine and the top gearbox mount as it was also shot. Both are now mounted all the way forward and the gearbox mount nuts done up nice and tight or the gearbox mount moves and it just knocks again.

Yes. Just support the engine undo the bolts and replace.
Only use a good fitting hexagon socket on the bracket to body bolts to undo them. Not a cheapo double heaxagon or it will end in tears.
Torque settings are around here but to be honest with the threads likely to have some corrosion just do them up good and tight without going silly.
If your mounts are shot you'll be able to move the engine around a fair bit with one hand.
