When some one says 'Rear right wheel' = Drivers rear ?

When someone is referring the left or right of the car am i right to assume this is from the perspective from sitting in the car ? so if someone says 'your right rear wheel has a puncture' they mean the drivers rear ??

Nearside is the side closest to the side of the road.

An Port and starboard are easy, 4 letters in port, 4 letters in left, so port=left.

Nothing. But nearside and offside is just another way to refer to it.

Like you sometimes see 'NSR' or 'RF' labelled on track tyres.

To be fair check which tyre has the square bit at the bottom ......:D

Thats why ive never bothered to learn another language... I can get by fine in other countries by just pointing

Then if they don't understand you, point and shout a little louder,
if that doesn't work smash the place up, safe in the knowledge you tried your best. :approve:

At Jaguar, we refer to the car as right or left, the same as right hand or left hand drive. So in UK the right is driver's or offside.
