Where Do Show Cars Get Their Power?

Hi All!

At trax there were loads of show cars booming their subs and deafening us all and they had a box connected to their car batteries and then to the mains. who knows what they are called? Or any information to find the name?

i'm guessing if it was connected to the battery and mains i'm guessing it's a battery charger

we have a nissan largo at work running around 20k RMS, it has a mains feed that plugs straight onto the 4 batteries in the front. Ill ask the guys at work where we got it from as i cant quite remember at the moment.

so are the four batteries all wired in parallel in the front of the car or sat on the front infront of the car then them hooked up to the car battery? Many thanks for all the answers so far though lads
