Where is my fuel regulator?

i have a mk1 1.2 8v clio, i cant find my fuel regulator?

any ideas cheers

yeah i was going to get a adjustable regulator

the general response you're going to get on here is dont bother

they only make a difference to highly tuned cars iirc

i had to get one as i didnt have a regulator with the engine i bought, thought i might aswell go for an adjustable jobbie

ok, well do u know where the one is on my car?

ive been told that it would make a bit of difference on mine, bacause when i ggive it full throtle quickly it suffers from a bit of fuel staravtion, so i was going to put a new regulator or to cure this

Get the car serviced and running ring don't fiddle otherwsie IMO.

dont think you could mess with it anyway. its spi so no external regulator
