i've brought the car with the viper kit on it but the hose has split everywhere so i've replaced but sruggling to get the best place for it its 65mm diameter so i cant run it across the front of the engine to the right hand grill i think my only option is the lower grill any ideas

Some peeps put it where one of the foglights are.

Or just cut a hole in the bottom grill.

If i remember there are a few how 2 guides etc kicking about

I've tried to get mine to lower grill but you seem to have to squash the pipe too much unless perhaps you cut part of the side of the undertray and go in that way. Currently in my fog light hole, but not a perfect fit for standard Viper caf. May have to re-think it this weekend as lower grill would look better I feel.

Mine's in the lower grill

Took a while to get it in, but it's doable if you're careful

Mine goes down thru where the old pipework went, then down below the rad (I think, not 100%) then I cut a hole in the grill and poked it thru
