Where's this pipe from? 182 washer pipe

Hi all,

Took my 182 in for a MOT and it failed on blocked washer jets. Had them unblocked and they now work fine but I've noticed today that there's a pipe hanging down under the left fog light.

Can anyone tell me where this is from? I plan on taking it back as it's also missing the panel but I won't get time until next week.

Any Ideas guys?

Battery breather pipe, just tuck it back into the arch liner.
