Which Ebiach springs? Noticable improvements?

I am looking to get some ebiach springs for my mk2 172 - the shocks are going to stay the same,

I have been quoted a price which i am more than happy with (135)

just wondering if the sports or the pros are better, think they are both pretty much the same price

anyway any help would be great as i have chosen to improve the handling and the braking of my car rather than 5bhp increase

what is the difference between sportslines and pro's? will there be a much firmer ride with these springs?

the sportlines are supposed to lower the car another 15mm over the pro's...

but in reality its not that much.

the ride is firmer, but its not at all uncomfortable. One of the best, cheapest upgrades imo.
