Which headlight bulbs

I am going to get a pair of Osram Silver Star bulbs for my car. Is the headlight bulb an H4 fitment on the 172 CUP?

Ive got these replacement bulbs now. How the hell do you get your hand in to change them. The nearside light cover is next to the bleedin fuse box and the off-side has 2 pipes running above and around it.

Do I have to take the whole unit out?

They are a pain in the arse to change on the new shape Clios. If you want to remove the headlight then you need to remove the bumper first to gain access to all the bolts.

I ended up making up a bracket thing (http://www.mcmillan-uk.com/clio/Dscf0205.jpgwww.mcmillan-uk.com/clio/Dscf0205.jpg) that goes onto the bulb holder and allows you to remove it without removing/dismantling any bits of the car.
