Which intake kit for 182 cup????

Ive been doin alot of research on this. I want to buy an intake kit/ induction kit for my 182 cup.
Every company i ring tells me something different!!!!
What do i buy and also will i lose power by fitting it.
I know alot of cars do due to the fact that its sucking hot air from the engine bay
Any help would be much appriciated

depends what ure budget is mate.

if u dont wanna splash then an ITG panel filter is best option by far.

If you got some cash to burn, splash on a maxogen
