  "Navy" N17 TWO

What oil is reccomended for the dci?

First service (18k) coming up soon - do Renualt include the oil in the price?

Is the oil that they will use of a good standard? (I think its elf they use)

Is there a really big difference in the Oils that is worth all the fuss ? Its just I hear some last longer and so on...blah blah - might be a good idea to get a good Oil in when the service is being done :) we all want the best for our cars (y)

The Oil should really have been changed long before now I think

My dealer said at-least the first (18k) service should be done by Renault - especially as Ive still got 2 years warranty left  I dont mind taking it to them - my dealer has been very good so far.

Im in N.Ireland m8 so Im a fair bit away from Exmouth

Dont know what oils are best - can someone point me in the right direction?

Castrol
Magnatec
Mobil 1

The Renault oil they use on the dci is fine its Porche recomendations etc.
Motul oil Id recomend but unless you going to abuse the car Id stick with the stock stuff and just change it ever 9k or so.

just cos renault suggest elf doesnt mean your dealer will use it. My local renault uses shell semi.

even they dont probably know. if it bothers you take your own oil in, that way you know.
