or idler/tensioner on timing belt, get it checked out! you can check the aux belt easily by taking it off and spinning/wiggling all the pulleys, listen for a dry noise on spinning and look for play on wiggling, either one means its fooked
if its screechy screechy though most likely just needs the aux belt tightened, have a feel it shouldn wiggle much more than quarter of an inch
With the engine running spray WD40 on to each pulley, spindle in turn until the noise goes, then you've found it. May be the belt itself, in which case whatever you spray in that area the noise will go. The WD 40 will burn off in just a few seconds so no harm done.
