Whistling noise

Its driving me nuts...im get a whistling noise when hiting the 2.7k rev mark in every gear...if i hold it at 2.7k rev the noise will stay there...sounds like a hissing noise any ideas???

(just had a de-cat system fitted could i be blowing???)

Did you use a new manifold to cat gasket?

Get underneath and see if you can feel it blowing around the decat joints. It is probably that.

Where does it sound like the noise is coming from? Is it around the gear knob?

sounds like its underneath me....but when i open my window i sounds like its coming from my back wheel..any ideas

i got this noise after having my milltek on for a week the noise came from the exhaust moving between the cat and back section.
