white dials mk2 ph1

is there any way of getting white dials into a mk2 ph1 without removing the dashboard and a frame from doors, i f**king hope there is. i cn see too allen key hole on the underside of the sash board where the dials are, is that the way, cheers guys, help would be helpful

in a word NO lol ya need to take the dash top off to get the clocks out to get to the screws/clips on the back
